Danielle Mapes is a mother of 3 active athletes and currently resides in South East Michigan near Ann Arbor – Go Blue! She has nearly a decade of experience in Real Estate ranging from the front desk gal all the way to Team Leader of a large brokerage with a focus on coaching and consulting thousands of local agents. In 2022, she launched The Real Estate Prescription (Coaching Network), where she now coaches 100s of agents across the US and Canada through The Real Estate Prescription’s varied programs ranging from lead generation to sales and even into systems. Her mission is simple and focused: More time, money and joy for each of her students through proven strategies, constant encouragement and support – and most of all – tracking the data!

Dustin Rose leads his team of Clarity Coaches towards one singular goal: offering the absolute best pre-enrollment experience known to the real estate coaching industry as rated by the callers themselves. His emphasis on attentive listening, true understanding the problem, and compassionate straight-forward honesty is what truly sets this company apart. Anyone who meets with Dustin and his team will know, our goal is to serve you – not sell you – and we pride ourselves on the 10/10 ratings we get from each caller in the process. Ashely Devore-Howard
Technology and Operations Coach
Ashley Devore-Howard is the magic behind the curtain of the student experience. She plays a direct role in delivering an outstanding experience for our students, no matter the product purchased. Whether it is pre-enrollment assistance, answering questions, educating folks about the options, delivering products, building and maintaining our student portals, developing training videos, creating searchable knowledge hubs for quick and specific on-demand solutions to student’s problems or meeting with folks 1-on-1 as their Systems Coach, Ashley is your gal.
Patti Carlson
Pipeline Coach
Patti Carlson got her start with The Real Estate Prescription not as a coach, but as a very skeptical student who was just coming out of a 1 year leave of absence from her sales business. She bravely fought past her limiting beliefs and through daily dedication to the principles of TREP, she built over an $800,000 pipeline in 80 days and a $1.2 million pipeline in 4 months. She quickly inspired other students to break past their own limiting beliefs and follow her into Deal-A-Day Pipeline best practices, and as such, she has more than earned her spot as a Pipeline Coach with The Real Estate Prescription. She and Danielle host the coaching calls together and she is currently active in Real Estate Sales as a top producer in Newark, Delaware.
Laura Tomasello
Clarity Coach
Laura Tomasello is an actively licensed real estate agent with roots in both Michigan and New York City. As a past Deal-A-Day Pipeline student with a Masters in Operations, Laura has a deep appreciation for the way The Real Estate Prescription marries a love of service, skills in sales and appreciation for good operational systems all into one done for you business model. Always drawn towards service and coaching, Laura serves as a Clarity Coach in our organization and has the highest rating for caller satisfaction on the call. A walking heart with an honest mouth, Laura is dedicated to making sure each prospective client has a clear understanding of the next best step in their career and provides thorough support and resources towards helping them achieve their goal.

The TREP Community is much bigger than the team you see here. We consist of hundreds of students across the US, Canada and Costa Rica, who actively support each other and send referrals whizzing around. We know that we are nothing without our students, and they provide a heart and soul to the program that we could never take credit for. We may be the bricks, but they are the mortar that holds us each together.
We also have a team of specialist from branding managers, video editors, ad specialists, automation specialists, email copy coaches, etc that power our team to deliver and create the best tools and products for our students, not only for their own learning, but also for development of tools and products that can be used in our students businesses with customers. Without the work of all these people, we wouldn’t be what we are – and we believe – we are the best coaching program in the industry when it comes to the thing that matters most – turning natural conversations into diehard fans and signed clients.
